West Bank, Israel, 2008

In the West Bank city of Bil'in, Palestinians and internationals run from IDF tear gas and stun grenades at a protest of Route 443, a so-called "Aparthied Route" which divides Bil'in, and much of the West Bank, in two. 443 is legal for use only by Israelis, and this road connecting Modi'in to Tel Aviv has inspired much indignation both within the West Bank and Internationally.
