An official from Sedapal, a government agency currently operating under a mandate to bring running water to all of Lima's citizens, leads a nighttime training session with prominent members of this 50-family slum. This session, designed to show its students how to teach other members of the community to encourage healthy water practices, is part of a two-year program that provides shantytowns with water resources and education on how to connect and use them.
