Sarah Berger is pursuing a Masters degree in Public Health at Johns Hopkins. Previously, she was an intern in the Office of the Prosecutor at the International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia, where she was primarily on the Krajisnik team, but also worked on the searched patterns of ethnic cleansing in Vlasenica municipality and Srebrenica, wrote proofing summaries, submitted summary of witness statements for the Milosevic case, conducted research regarding the advantages of plea agreements, analyzed intercepts and documents from the Former Republic of Yugoslavia for future indictment, and wrote motions and notifications to Chambers. Robina Bhasin is a Research Assistant working at the Harvard Program in Refugee Trauma. She is also a coordinator of the Peter C. Alderman Masterclass Series, which brings together doctors from post-conflict societies for a week-long training and dialogue on healing the wounds of mass violence each September in Orvieto, Italy. Benjamin Harburg received a Fulbright scholarship to Germany for the 2006-2007 academic year. Following his freshman year at Tufts, Mr. Harburg was an intern for the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia, working with the office of the Chief Prosecutor on the Seselj team and also contributing to the Milosevic trial with research on witness and material exclusion and due process issues. The following year, he had an internship with the Justice in Times of Transition Program, helping to preparing its Vienna conference on negotiation strategies for the Kosovo political leadership. He also attended the conference. Since then, Mr. Harburg interned with the "Congress on the Human Right to Peace," a joint project of the Basque government and Elkarri, a Basque NGO, and he has had an internship with the Office of South Central European Affairs at the U.S. Department of State. Vicky Hartanto recently returned from an internship in East Timor with an NGO called La'o Hamutuk, the East Timor Institute for Reconstruction Monitoring and Analysis. She worked with their Justice team to research and write about the serious crimes' process of the transitional justice system. She is currently living in San Francisco and in the process of applying for law school.
